Customer Service and Returns

Thank you for stopping by Style Solutions for You! I'm a small business located in Wichita Falls, Texas offering seasonal color fans.   I appreciate your business and I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

Each seasonal color fan is unique and the colors may vary from the sample photo.   Please understand colors may look differently on your computer or mobile device.  The color fans are a handcrafted item and may have slight imperfections. 

Returns and Exchanges
There are no returns on digital products.  Returns may be accepted on color fans. First, email me within 5 days after receipt for an exchange, replacement or refund.  

The buyer must return the color fan in it's original condition within 14 days of receiving the product.   The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and if the item goes missing in transit. Refunds will be the purchase price less $5 restocking fee and the postage that I paid shipping it to you. 

I will happily exchange your color fan within 5 days of receipt, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement.


Shipping
I happily provide free shipping in the US and offer international shipping.  I ship USPS Ground Advantage usually within 2 business days. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at check out.  I am not responsible for packages shipped to an address that you entered incorrectly.  

I rely on USPS tracking  on all shipments to determine whether a package is lost or missing. If your package is not delivered within 30 days, I can offer you a replacement or refund.

If your package is marked as delivered by the USPS but is "not received", please contact your post office and check with  your neighbors and mail carrier.   I rely on USPS to do their job.

On all products, I reserve the right to refuse fulfillment for any reason and a full refund will be issued.
